  • I offer trauma-informed body-based therapy that blends Yoga Therapy, TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga), Havening, and mindfulness. These approaches help regulate the nervous system, ease anxiety, rewire the brain and support healing from PTSD, CPTSD, and chronic stress — without needing to talk through everything.

  • No — this is not traditional talking therapy. We focus on body-based healing, emotional regulation, and present-moment awareness. You don’t need to explain your story unless you want to.

  • Yes — if it feels right. But you don’t have to. This work is designed to meet you where you are, without pressure to talk about the past.

  • If you live in Hertfordshire and are able to come to in person classes, they are a great starting point if you're looking for gentle movement, mindfulness, and space to reconnect with your body in a small group setting. They're ideal if you’re curious, want to build confidence, or prefer low-pressure environments.

    1:1 sessions offer deeper, personalised support. They're right for you if:

    • You feel stuck or overwhelmed

    • You’re navigating PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, or chronic stress

    • You want to go beyond talk therapy and work with the body

    • You need a calm, private space where healing can unfold at your pace

  • Yes. Many clients experience deep transformation through online sessions. Havening, yoga therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices all work powerfully online, especially when trauma symptoms make leaving home difficult.

  • Havening is an amazing gentle psychosensory technique that uses touch and visualisation to calm the brain and reduce trauma responses. It’s scientifically grounded and works well for anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD, and emotional triggers. We may weave Havening into somatic sessions or do a standalone session.

  • Yes — many of my clients come to this work after talk therapy. It’s ideal if you want to go deeper, integrate what you've already processed, or shift stuck trauma patterns held in the body. Like with any therapeutic intervention, coming to it at the right time for you is important.

  • Sessions are gentle, collaborative, and tailored to you. We might use somatic grounding, mindful movement, guided rest, or Havening — always with your consent, at your pace. You don’t have to have had any experience, or be flexible.

  • Start with a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your goals. From there, you can choose single sessions, online courses, or longer packages tailored to your needs. It’s usually recommended to book a package of 6 sessions to allow time for integration and change over time. If you prefer, you can also book sessions ad hoc.
