My approach combines neuroscience-informed methods, including Havening Techniques®, PhotoStack, somatic body- based practices and trauma-informed yoga therapy. Together, they work with the emotional brain, nervous system, subconscious mind and felt sense to reduce the emotional impact of past experiences, so you can respond to life with greater safety, calm and connection. Sessions are delivered online, making support accessible wherever you are in the world. All you'll need is a quiet, comfortable space and an internet connection.
