Many of us spend years pushing things down or ignoring stress and difficult experiences, and the body continues to hold tension and unfinished stress responses. When we slow down and create space to notice what is happening inside us — without judgement — we allow the body the opportunity to process, release, and begin to reorganise. This gentle awareness and space is often where regulation and healing begin.

This course will help you to:

  • 5 daily sessions, you’re welcome to repeat them as much as you like and pause the videos when needed

  • Pen/ paper

  • Blanket

  • 1-2 Cushions/ Pillows/ Bolster

  • Yoga Mat (if you don’t have one don’t worry. You could use a towel or blanket to sit/lie on)
