When we slow down and create space to notice what is happening inside us — without judgement — we allow the body the opportunity to process, release, and begin to reorganise. This gentle awareness and space is often where regulation and healing begin.

5 daily sessions, you’re welcome to repeat them as much as you like and pause the videos when needed

1-2 Cushions/ Pillows/ Bolster
Yoga Mat (if you don’t have one don’t worry. You could use a towel or blanket to sit/lie on)

Today, we start exploring how your nervous system responds to stress and safety. As you practice, you may begin recognising patterns like overwhelm, anxiety, or shutdown so you can start building awareness and regulation.

In this session, we explore how gentle breath awareness and longer exhales can calm the nervous system, activate the vagus nerve, and help bring the body into a more regulated and settled state.
