I offer a range of small, trauma- informed, supportive classes combining yoga, somatic practices and mindfulness at The Secret Space in Hertford.

You are welcome to contact me directly here if you need assistance booking.

Monthly Nervous System Reset

A monthly session designed to help you slow down, release stress and gently reset your nervous system.

Through restorative movement, breath and simple somatic practices, these sessions help reduce overwhelm, calm anxiety and create space to rest and reconnect with your body.

This session may be especially supportive if you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or in need of a quiet space to slow down.

We meet monthly on a Thursday, 5.30-6.30pm. You can book ahead or drop into this session.

Yoga & Mindfulness Course

A rolling term-time course designed to help you build a regular practice that supports calm, stability and awareness in everyday life.

Through yoga, breath and mindfulness practices, we gradually develop awareness, steadiness and ease within the body and mind, while also fostering connection and community.

This course may be especially supportive if you are looking for a regular, grounding practice to support your mental health, stress levels and overall wellbeing.

These sessions are Thursdays, 9.30-10.30am. Booking ahead is required.

Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)

Several times a year I offer a 10-week Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga course. This evidence-based approach is specifically designed to support people recovering from trauma through gentle, invitational movement focused on choice, interoception and empowerment.

These courses may be particularly supportive for those recovering from trauma, including domestic or sexual abuse, other traumatic experiences, or somatic dissociation.

Our next course starts Tuesday April 14th, 1-2pm. Booking ahead is required, funding is also available for those in need.

Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.
