1:1 Somatic Therapy

Gentle, body-based therapy supporting the nervous system to move out of survival patterns and gradually restore safety and regulation.

Many people understand their trauma intellectually, yet their body continues to react. Anxiety, shutdown or overwhelm can persist even when life feels safe.

Somatic trauma therapy works directly with the body and nervous system through trauma-sensitive yoga therapy, Havening and other regulation practices, supporting the body to rediscover safety at its own pace.

How we begin

The first step is a free 20-minute conversation, where we explore what’s been going on for you and whether this approach feels like the right fit. There is no pressure or obligation to continue.

Ways to work together

Some people prefer occasional sessions for support as needed, while others choose to work together over a period of time to allow deeper integration.

Individual sessions – for flexible, ad hoc support.

6-Session Healing Package – a focused container for working together over several weeks.

12-Session Transformation Package – a longer journey for deeper nervous system healing and integration.

Many clients find that working together over 6–12 weeks allows the nervous system time to integrate new experiences of safety and regulation.
